Equal Rights for the Unequal!


Under this slogan Berlin´s Regenbogenfonds e.V. will present its 26th annual Lesbian and Gay Festival – Europe’s largest. As usual, it is being held at the traditional gay stomping ground around Nollendorfplatz in Schöneberg.

Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 the 6 Festival-Worlds: World of Film, World of Politics, Positive World, World of Radio, World of Sports and World of Wellness and Health are presenting themselves on 20.000 sqm as well as a wide range of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, inter* and queer projects, groups and organizations. With more than 350.000 visitors from all over the world and more than 100 projects participating, the Lesbian and Gay Festival is truly the biggest community open air event of its kind.

Music and culture on 5 stages: 98.8 KISS FM (stage B) with the beat of Berlin, the Connection-stage (stage D) with house and techno music, the WomenLesbianTrans*stage (stage C)  presenting a musical crossover with liveacts  and DJ sets as well as Queer Media (stage E) with a mix of queer entertainers and DJs it will for sure be outstanding.

One of the absolute highlights of the festival is the celebrity talk show  Das wilde Sofa (The wild sofa) on the Main stage (stage A). Gerhard Hoffmann and his charming assistants Tilly Creutzfeldt-Jakob and Giselle d´Apricôt will put their guests from politics and culture to the acid test on Saturday at 15:30. Afterwards there will be a colorful program from rock to pop on saturday until 23:00 and on sunday until 22:00.
